OPEN CALL FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!
Open calls for entry:
1-We invite photographers from all around the world to post on our Facebook wall (@WarldCup) up to 5 pictures, which could consideringly most concretely represent "The World Cup's other side", which means the contrasts, as well as the social implications, context, mobilizations and climate, all things that most of the local media does not show! They shall also submit the same material in high resolution through Wetransfer, using the name of the author as title and send it to the following Email address: [email protected]
2-The purpose is to generate an exhaustive, inclusive, pluralist and multilingual exhibition which would enable to show jointly to the world and on a more powerful, concrete and unified manner the reality of what is occurring, from a professional perspective.
3-The exhibition shall not respond to any political, social, union and/or business interest. The intervention is absolutely independent, free and open.
4-There will be a total selection of 50 pictures, with a maximum of 2 per author, in order to be exhibited in a collective installation on the same day of the World Cup's final, on July 13th of 2014, in Rio de Janeiro, in the surroundings of Maracaná, where the people's mobilization will be the highest. Once the World Cup is over, this exhibition, called "Warld Cup", will be touring all over the world.
5-Printing and setting of the selected works will be covered by the organization.
6- The selected photographers and/or collective, accept, by the fact of submit their work, lend the rights of the material presented, at no cost, for display and dissemination of his photographs under the theme "Warld Cup", in all cases available. This session involves no copyright.
7- Will print 45 photos in size 40 x 60cm, and 5 in 80 x 1.20 cm. The assembly is performed using ropes and clothes brooches. Installation will be accompanied with projections.
8- We will do a promotional video, with the selected material, that will be used to inviting medias from all around the world to record the installation.
9- Selected photographs will be exposed and properly credited to their works.
10- The closing date for submissions will be July 6 without exception, after the last match of quarter-finals of the Cup, giving 1 week to selection, printing, distribution and assembly.

1- We received proposals from around the world, from people who are interested in the material resulting from this call, to be exhibited in various countries. The idea is that the exhibition travel the world, so that everyone has access to information.
2- The interesting people must submit a draft outline of a time and exhibition space, and a formal presentation of the individual and / or group responsible.
3- In the case we accept the proposal, they must have the responsability to printing and assembling the material in each of the selected sites. They will be sent via WeTransfer the material for this purpose. aquí para modificar.c aquí para modificar.
